HOLIDAY CARD COLORING CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES:
By submitting a drawing, you authorize After Hours Pediatrics, Inc., its affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, or contractors (hereinafter, collectively “AHP”) to include the drawing in its Holiday Card Drawing contest and to use any name, photograph, likeness, statements, on a worldwide basis, and in all forms of media, in perpetuity, without compensation from AHP. You certify that you are the parent/legal guardian of the artist of the drawing. You further certify that your child is the original artist and sole owner of the drawing and any applicable copyright.
AHP uses reasonable technical, administrative and physical means designed to protect the privacy and security of information and to protect this site from unauthorized persons. Despite these safeguards, there is always some risk that an unauthorized third party may inappropriately access security systems in place or electronic transmissions of information may be intercepted. AHP does not warrant or represent that the information is protected against misuse or alteration by third parties.
You acknowledge that all posts made to this site express the views and opinions of the author and not AHP, the website administrators or webmaster (except for posts by these people). By clicking ‘I agree’ below you agree to be bound by the rules, terms and conditions of this contest.
OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES:
To Enter: Participant must create an original drawing on the provided entry form, available at www.afterhourspediatrics.com/holidaycardcontest, to illustrate the theme, “Holiday Time in Florida!” and submit in color by scanning and emailing to info@afterhourspediatrics.com, or mailing to Attn: Holiday Card Coloring Contest, 3901 Coconut Palm Drive, Suite 120, Tampa, FL 33619.
Limit: One entry per child. All entries, including drawings submitted, become the property of AHP and will not be returned. AHP’s decisions on all matters relating to this Contest will be final and binding.
Judging: Contest judging will take place November 2 through November 6, 2020 and will be based on creativity, originality and theme. In the event of a tie, the tied entry with the highest score from AHP’s select panel of judges will determine the winner.
Participation: Entry submissions for this contest will be accepted from October 1, 2020 until October 31, 2020 at 11:59 pm. By submitting an entry, you authorize and give permission to After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care to use and reproduce the drawing for print collateral, and on AfterHoursPediatrics.com and social media websites. By participating in the contest, you agree to After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care’s privacy policy, available at: http://www.afterhourspediatrics.com/privacy-policy.
Winners: One Grand Prize winner will be chosen by the week of November 13, 2020 and notified via telephone or email. Winner will be posted on the AHP website and announced to the public on or after November 13, 2020.
Eligibility: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (D.C.) between 5 and 12 years of age, by October 31, 2020, except immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of AHP employees. The Contest is void outside the 50 United States, D.C. and where otherwise prohibited.
Prizes: The winning drawing will be used as After Hours Pediatrics Urgent Care’s holiday card, and will be distributed to close to 300 pediatricians throughout Tampa and South Florida. The winner will also receive a $50 Target gift card.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of a child’s submission, such entry will be deemed to be made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is deemed as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. AHP is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, illegible, misdirected, or non-delivered e-mail or entries; lost, interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website or other connections availability, accessibility or traffic congestion, or miscommunications; failed computer, network, telephone, satellite, or cable hardware, software or lines; technical failure; jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions; computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or difficulties; other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network; the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. AHP is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest, assumes no responsibility and specifically disclaims any and all liability for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, tampering with or hacking of this website. AHP reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds may be tampering with the entry process or operation of the Contest or website, may be acting in violation of the terms of the website or these Official Contest Rules, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest is unlawful and subject to legal action by AHP.
